It's not so say I dont *like* cutscenes, but they're not a part of true gaming.
It's a dungeon crawler RPG now.
AGREED! What the hell is this list all about..?
I'd totally put Crysis 2 up there. I'm sure it'll be great.
"That's why MW2 had annoying music cause Hans Zimmer doesnt play games"
Music is a universal medium, but you're right about MW2 not having that good of a soundtrack. I think MW1 had an excellent one what came to setting the tone... Harry Gregson-Williams at helm so what else could one expect anyway? He's probably the best composer -alongside with Marty O'Donnel (Halo series)- who's ever done video games (the MGS saga).
Gears 2...
So what does that have to do with anything? You not being a child, I mean.
"I had like 10 deaths in a row."
Ok... What's this?
I usually lose it the worst in some multiplayer games but I what comes to a specific moment in a game I'd have to say the last part of the Tsernobyl mission on CoD4 where you have to hold the position near the ferris wheel and the last part of Zeus on GoWIII. Both took me 1,5-2 hours to complete. Oh, and the Mile High club of CoD4 on Veteran. Cheez... After beating the game on Veteran I could NOT get how the game was any fun AT ALL. I I was on the PS3 so NO achievements due for that reig...
You haven't played MGS4?!
Pick MGS4 at least!
This is old as hell and he was kidding!!
"Only way those can really be seen as worst is if their idea of worst is just what annoys them."
Also, in case of Farmville, a huge waste of time and money that has thus hindered the progression of human kind.
Intense? I didn't think so. After plunging through Omega 4 relay it becomes pretty good but prior to that, going around the galaxy getting some weird mates onboard isn't that intense. Especially, since no-ones seems to give a crap about the insurmountable threat of the imminent Reaper fleet! It's absurd that they still worry about some family stuff..
Uh... I did it at very sparse manner since it was SO tedious (managing it without any guides)! And to add to that, my first playthrough was something so incredible I scarcely could bother doing it again alone *wink* is such an... inferior way.
This ^
Ah, das telefon... Der humpink!
Yeah well... No chance.
It was just the wind effect which could be present without the train too.
I don't think it'll be able to properly replicate you throwing an object. It'll probably be a really simple system that recognizes a few basic throwing moves and roughly estimates the speed. I don't think it'll be able to accurately measure the angle but they might prove me wrong after all.
Uncharted 2's affected the gameplay whereas KZ2's train lvl was just a visual trick (just see how the scenery basically repeats itself after about every 10 seconds!) and the already-linear game got even MORE linear!
Very true. Games these days shouldn't have cutscenes as they should stay true to themselves. During the whole brief existance of video games they have always touted the possibility to BE and live the character! So let us! I want pure games and not some game-movie hybrids...
